Archana,

I did get a chance to read your article and the facts are shocking. Microwave
and its products is second nature here and i am not sure if these facts are
publicized to educate the general public. While people change their habits when
pushed into a corner i am not sure how this would work with microwaves.
Americans who always boast about their SUV's and pickups were forced to change
as oil hit $145/barrell. I am afraid people will shift back to their old habits
as prices drop. We have witnessed prices falling every day at the pump. Gas has
gone down from $4.25/gallon to $1.75/gallon in past few weeks.

Keep the articles coming

I am cutting and pasting the relevant parts for all the busy bees of the world.
Viren, very funny. At least I got you write to us. I will send more such
marathonthen you will keep writing. And microwave dena hai toh mujhe de, cos i
read the whole article. Lekin reward me in cash. OK?
This is like a duffer's guide, don't say this also wasnt readable.

Ten Reasons to Throw out your Microwave Oven
>From the conclusions of the Swiss, Russian and German scientific clinical
>studies, we can no longer ignore the microwave oven sitting in our kitchens.
>Based on this research, we will conclude this article with the following:
1. Continually eating food processed from a microwave oven causes long term -
permanent - brain damage by "shorting out" electrical impulses in the brain
[de-polarizing or de-magnetizing the brain tissue].
2. The human body cannot metabolize [break down] the unknown by-products
created in microwaved food.
3. Male and female hormone production is shut down and/or altered by
continually eating microwaved foods.
4. The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual [long term,
permanent] within the human body.
5. Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or
altered so that the human body gets little or no benefit, or the human body
absorbs altered compounds that cannot be broken down.
6. The minerals in vegetables are altered into cancerous free radicals when
cooked in microwave ovens.
7. Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths [tumors].
This may explain the rapidly increased rate of colon cancer in America.
8. The prolonged eating of microwaved foods causes cancerous cells to increase
in human blood.
9. Continual ingestion of microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies
through lymph gland and blood serum alterations.
10. Eating microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional
instability, and a decrease of intelligence.
Have you tossed out your microwave oven yet?
The use of artificial microwave transmissions for subliminal psychological
control, a.k.a. "brainwashing", has also been proven. We're attempting to
obtain copies of the 1970's Russian research documents and results written by
Drs. Luria and Perov specifying their clinical experiments in this area.

how good was life when it was simple

Dear all,

I came across this url when i was looking for veggie salad recipe. I now know
why my dad has steadfastly refused to buy a microwave oven in bombay though i
have offered to buy it for him. (Give me the money if you are so keen, i will
get something else he said). And though it is not related I respect my mom for
not using the washing machine except for jeans (we wear it for days together
before putting it to wash). Our good old bai is much better and caring.
I don't know why in India do we need a dryer when we can easily dry it within
the corridor or home terrace and the sun does such a fantastic job for free.
Creating needs when there should be none. Go thru this website...the earlier
part is very technical and jargonic but the latter part is relevant and
interesting.
