Hi, Talking about weather, last week on thursday we had a massive ice storm which resulted in power outage in about 7 states up here in the northeast..it hit atleast millions of homes, and our town was also among those affected..luckily we escaped it, but a lot of our friends suffered, and one of our friends came over to stay at our place for 3 days..they got the power restored only last night (monday)..the temperatures dipped well below freezing point during the weekend, so it wudve been impossible to stay at home without heating! Ice-covered trees cracked and fell on roads and cars and some roofs too..it was chaotic! I have experienced a lot of power outage in India, but it never bothered me nearly as much as this..I saw how helpless and crippled our friends were, they felt like a homeless really..All of my friends who were'nt affected by it gave shelter to their friends who were affected..
