Hi, It's very cold out here and it was the coldest night of this winter, BBC says. And now it is -5 degrees outside my office. It's very cold even by England's standards. This is also to show that it can be freezing and yet Sunny OK!!! I don't know when you will see this mail as this is a constantly updated website. But currently it says current observation -5 and Sunny. And in the case of Bombay, the current conditions are 27 degrees. WOW!!! It must be the ideal weather there. Not too hot, nor too cold
