I did watch "Welcome to Sajjanpur" .. excellent movie, very simple .. Shyam
Benegal has put forward his views about development, tata nano car project,
corruption and politics etc in a small village setting ... very entertaining.
Did you guys see Slumdog Millionaire yet ? I would really like to know your
opinions. I loved the movie, but many feel it is yet another movie catering to
the western phobia of portraying Indian Poverty in a worst case scenario ... in
the likes of Salaam Bombay, City of Joy etc. Let us know wht you think.
