A note on an irc chat with phk: The issue can be avoided by not re-opening the
socket in vtc_server (that often).
At this point it remains unclear to me why Solaris returns EADDRINUSE sometimes.
The suggestion to use SO_REUSEPORT was of more general nature, as I stumbled
over it.
Another side note: With many repetitions of c56.vtc with SO_REUSEPORT enabled, I
got a
listen(3, 10, SOV_DEFAULT) Err#122 EOPNOTSUPP
