We are seeing some very weird behaviour with requests that seem to be getting send to the backend server and returned to the browser without any VCL processing happening. I've submitted a ticket with all the information we have at http://varnish.projects.linpro.no/ticket/232 .
I'm a bit at a loss how to debug this further. Is there something we can take a look at? Unfortunately I do not have root access to the relevant machines, so I can not get a network dump.
