Alexander, We had the same problem with the 2.0.6 version running on a VMBox, it was fixed upgrading to the 2.1.2. Are you still with the 2.1 version ? I saw you Munin graph, 200% of CPU Usage means your load? What is your resource ? Did you tune your settings ?
