Thanks. I deleted cache.db, hosts.db and restarted varnish. Unfortunately, I still see it querying the origin server for those files all the time. Also, I saw these from traffic_line -r after the tests. I queried 1000 urls at least 2-3 times of size between 1mb-2mb.
Seems like it didn't use the cache at all after the curls: proxy.process.cache.bytes_used : 0 proxy.process.cache.bytes_total : 536308736 Thoughts? Thanks!
