varnishncsa and -F option?

Is there a production-ready version of varnishncsa that supports the -F 
switch implemented 4 months ago here: 
http://www.varnish-cache.org/trac/changeset/46b90935e56c7a448fb33342f03fdcbd14478ac2?

The -F / LogFormat switch allows for VirtualHost support -- although 
appears to have missed the 2.1.5 release?
