Sorry for the late reply, but it seems this hasn't gotten an answer yet. Have you succeeded in making Varnish cache your Drupal installation? >From the logs, can you see if any other cookies are being sent (perhaps unique to some kind of Drupal module)? Are you logged in to Drupal when performing these tests?
