By official, I’m assuming you mean one released by puppetlabs. For that, 
there’s not.
But, there are modules on the Forge and GitHub that claim to support Varnish 3 
- specifically maxchk/varnish, which you can use the `version` param (defaults 
to present), to specify v3. Might even support v4.
