Hi. I've just tagged 4.1.3-beta1 and uploaded the tarball to https://repo.varnish-cache.org/source/
The list of changes[1] since 4.1.2 is significant and I recommend anyone seeing issues with previous 4.1 releases to upgrade now. 4.1.3 final will be out in about two weeks unless something unexpected happens.
