Shouldn't take you anytime at all. Sychonize with repository = 1 minute. Update 
or Override & Update = 2 minutes.

Yes, this is annoying. Move VASLThread from the CASL project to the VASL 
project after you have updated to fix this.

1.4.2 is recommended.

Do not understand. Eclipse does everything automatically once you have it set 
up correctly.
