Okay, thanks to Rodney's help, I'm part of the way there, but I'm still missing something.
I run VASSAL and go into the "Edit Extension" mode, loading first the VASL.mod and then my extension jar file. I "Add Imported Class" and point it at my class, and the new "OBA Flowchart" button appears in the VASL toolbar. Pushing it brings up my OBA Flowchart dialog - SUCCESS! So I use "Save As" to save this into a file named ObaFlowchart.mdx in a "VASL_ext" directory sitting along side my "VASL.mod". I quit VASSAL, rerun it, then select "Play Module" and load up the "VASL.mod". My button is not on the toolbar. The chat window says, " - Extension VASL4 v5.1 loaded" but nothing about my extension. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I looked at the buildFile in the extension I saved out into "VASL_ext". It contains: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <VASSAL.build.module.ModuleExtension module="VASL" moduleVersion="5.1" vassalVersion="2.3.2" version="0.1"/> I expected it would say something about my class, but it doesn't. Any ideas? Thanks! Scott Greenman Kaysville, UT, USA ------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor --------------------~--> 1.2 million kids a year are victims of human trafficking.
