Akiyoshi, Thats about right , however if they appear earlier in the list and have the same kay as a later one only the Name of the later one appears. On your controlling other windows ........ Thats what globals do you specify matching = LocationName (or current map etc) and other criteria , so you can apply a command to pieces of a certain type/layer/selected/active...etc that are on a specific MAP/Region/Location..... IT IS ALL in The Help accessed via the ? on the top of the Main Edit Window.
