Patrick,
VND is distributed within a zipfile.
All Vassal modules are in fact Zip files regardless of what they are called
e.g. fred.mod, fred.zip or fred
Often when you download them .zip is added if its not already there, most of
us rename them to .mod.
Occasionally a Developers will bundle other information with the module e.g
Readme, Rules, saved games hints and tips. and zip them all up into one
file.
This is the case with VND.
VND_1.3_Standard.mod is the file that you need to load with Vassal and it is
contained along with a number of saved games and a quickstart guide within
the zip file called VND_1.3_Standard_Package.zip.
Unzip this file into a directory of your choice e.g. c:\VND and then launch
Vassal and select the .mod file.
Its worth running through the Quick start guide.
Regards
Jerry
