As posted on the front page of the vassalengine.org site (sorry for the "cross-post"), I've petitioned the folks at SZO to host a proper forum for VASSAL (a sub-forum under the boardgaming forum, much like VASL has a forum under ASL).
The forum would be a great place to discuss not only module building tips, but things related to specific modules, module requests, how-to's, news of VASSAL updates, etc, etc. Please visit http://www.strategyzoneonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38123 and post a note if you'd like to see this happen.
