problem like this needs to be in the FAQ.
The site is using a jar-difference servelt (that Sun provides) to serve up
the .jar files. It's worked great up until this point, and helps out people
with slow connections. Given that slow connections are becoming less
common, I may get rid of it if this problem keeps cropping up.
