I presume you are talking about your B5 module and that you have implemented facing using rotation? (See, I can read your mind!). I have added the ability to report the current rotation in degrees or increment (for fixed facings) as an enhancement. It should be pretty easy to do, so we might see this in the next vassal release.
If facings have been implemented as Levels in a Layer, then you can already report facings in a number of ways.
