Hi, I am playing a game switching between on line play and off line play. However I feel I am perhaps not using all the vassal features in the best way.
Is there a way to record moves from different sessions in a single file? Currently here is what I do: I open a log, move some pieces and when I have to stop I close the log and save the file. When I resume playing off line (to finish my moves) I open the last save file, cycle through the moves to get to the last move and open a new log, then make the next moves. Once I am finished with my moves I again close the log and save file. Therefore I have two save files to send to the opponent, one for each off line session of play. Maybe I shouldn't close the log file until I am done with the whole thing? Another question: is there a way to cycle through the recorded moves in one click? Patrick ------------------------ Yahoo!
