Randy,
You might try jotting off an email to Mark Simonitch (who did that artwork). I
recently finished a module for his Ardennes '44 game which he was very
supportive of and actually sent me the original images for the counters (still
had to do my own map, but I had already started it so he didn't offer it).
If that fails and you still can't get the scans, there is an ADC2 and CB
gamesets for it that you could extract the artwork from. I haven't looked at
either one, so can't vouch for the quality of it. You might check with the
authors of either of those sets to see if they have their original artwork that
they'll let you use so that you don't have to take a bunch of screenshots.
