As a network programmer, my guess is that Vassal sends extremely
little information between clients. All the graphics are client-side.
When you move a piece, it should only need to send the object id and
coordinates. I would think a 33.6K modem connection would be more than
enough. It's memory and CPU that you need a lot of.
