I'm trying to update my vassal software version and download a module,
but the data flow keeps dropping off. I have a broadband DSL
connection and it's working fine everywhere else. But it's taken me
about the last 15 minutes to get 250K down for the vassal update. It
seems to be giving me data for a bit, then it slows and stops for a
while. The module download is doing the same thing. Is this a server
problem of some sort?
