not sure what would be causing that myself, but have you thought about using the new tab map feature instead? I think it'd be less of a headache for you.

However, when I set it all up, I get the buttons showing as a menu from the Toolbar Menu (which means I finally got all the naming correct), *and* I see the separate map buttons on the toolbar.
