Hi,

Have a look at your VASSAL shortcut. The target of mine is

C:\WINDOWS\system32\javaws.exe -offline "D:\Documents and Settings\Brent
Easton\Application
Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javaws\http\Dwww.vassalengine.org\P80\DMws\AMvassal.jnlp"

See the -offline? Change this to -online and try again.

Alternatively, click on start -> run and type in javaws. Click on VASSAL and
then Launch Online.

Final option is to delete everything in "D:\Documents and Settings\Brent
Easton\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment"

Cheers,
Brent.
