Hi Jim,
Sadly, the latest version of VASSAL broke the custom code in the module.
Version 2 replaces the custom components with standard VASSAL components, but
as you see, requires work to finish it off. It is just a matter of time and
resources.
You may be able to get the TRC module to run by using an older version of
VASSAL (Perhaps 2.6 or 2.5).
