Can VASSAL be installed to a computer that isn't internet enabled? As
in download the installers from the VASSAL site on to a CD or flash
drive type deal. I would like to do set-ups and such on my notebook
computer which doesn't have "internet parts" :)I haven't had any luck
with this, but perhaps there is an obvious step I am missing.
