I just tested the page and it worked correctly. Are you linking to the wiki
externally? If you use a URL like wiki.vassalengine.org/?id= it always
seems to take you to the top-level page. But URLs like
www.vassalengine.org/wiki/doku.php?id=... work as they're supposed to.
