WOW!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING! Shortly after posting my question, I got the assistance that I needed to get it working. I downloaded Tim's macified version of Vassal which took care of the memory issues. With that plus the tips on the control-keys, I am now able to play this game. Now if only I knew how to call football plays better.
