That's the problem - you need to *not* unzip the files. If you're using Safari, it may be set up to automatically unzip things for you - you can turn this off in the preferences (it's something like "automatically open 'safe' files after download" - I'm on the work PC, not my home Mac, so I can't check, sorry), or right-click and 'save as' rather than just clicking on the link for the file. Point Vassal at the .zip or .mod.zip file and everything should work fine. Cheers, Tim.
