I was one that asked to switch back to the OS native file chooser
because the Java one couldn't be sorted in anyway by Creation Date ...

I find it easier to pick the last save game.. but,hey, that's just me!

To remember a folder is easy to program and set to the dialog box
(well in C++ is easy , dunno for Java)
In fact, one cool feature could be making it remember the folders
based on the game that is loaded. I used to put the mods and the saved
games in different folders.
