I play Vassal PBEM. When I receive a log file from my opponent, I step through it. When I reach the end I will want to start a new log file for my reply turn. That is when I need to be prompted to start a new log file. I have forgotten to start a new log file dozens of times when I reach the end of my opponents turn and begin my next turn. Very frustrating. So, after the last step of a log file is when I most need to be prompted to start a new one. This only seems logical when sending files back and forth.
I understand there may be different needs for those playing live on the Vassal server, but the needs of PBEM players should be addressed also. Thanks for listening, Dave Briggs [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
