I want to play Struggle of Empires, but it is multi-player and will probably take quite a while to play by email. But it is also hard to get a group together for enough time for realtime play.
Is it possible to play by email, but also go into realtime play when the group can all get together? So...you could have an existing game being played by email, but then occasionally go into realtime play? Can this be done with Vassal? Thanks.
