Yesterday, I changed my Vassal installation by reinstalling it and setting the default to 1024 (for WiF). It worked fine at first. Today, however, I cannot run any Vassal modules. They all load, but no maps come up when I start games. I've run my AVG and MeAfee........no viruses or adware. I have (restarting entire computer after each): 1. deinstalled and reinstalled Java 2. removed the Vassal folder and resinstalled Vassal 3. deinstalled and reinstalled several modules... Same result each time.
I also reinstalled the Java at the default 256. FREX, I tried mult times to run the C&CA module.. 1. it loads all of the extensions 2. it allows me to start a new game (or scenario) and pick which player that I wish to be 3. But it will not show the map board......there is a quick flash (too quick to see if it is a map that flashed on and off..or whatever it is But totally unable to play. 4. Same result whichever module What else can I do? THanks
