This is possible. I dont have my stuff in front of me right now to tell you exactly how, but Ill give a rough rundown.
whenever the card is in the player hand use a trigger to set a global property Whenever the dice is rolled transfer the resultant roll to a hidden marker dynamic property. Trigger the hidden marker to increase the gp by the dp value and spit out the result you will need resets for the gp's and dp's as the situation may change. Do this via card discards, end turn gkc's etc.. you can find a similar example of this in the Combat commander module with the card draws relating to the tables whenever making an attack Tim ----- Original Message ---- From: David Neumann <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, June 7, 2007 1:27:42 PM Subject: [vassalengine] Adding to dice I'm not sure if this is even possible, but I thought I'd ask. Can I add to a dice roll "on the fly"? That is, if a player has a card that adds 1 to every dice roll, can I have the dice roller automatically add that in? So, when that card is in a player's hand, it somehow knows to add that value to a die? Like I said, this isn't a big deal, but I thought I'd ask before I dropped it.
