I think you can fix this by adding a 'Heavy Fighters' marker to all
counters with no Heavy Fighter rating and 'Fighters' marker to all
counter with no Fighter rating. i.e. every counter has a value for both
ratings. You can either leave these ones blank, or set them to 0 -
depends whether you want to se (8H) or (8H0).

Nope, Integer arithmetic only I'm afraid. My 'Calculated Property'
trait (version 3.x where x > 0) should help with this.
