Hi Akiyoshi,

Yes, you can translate components in a prototype in the current v3.0 beta.

Just right-click on the Prototype Definition (in 'Gamepiece Prototype 
Definitions') and select Translate, and translate the Prototype definition just 
like you would translate a normal game piece. All pieces using that prototype 
will now be translated.

No, you cannot change the label text in the current beta, but I can see that 
you do need to. I will fix that for the next beta.
