The installer downloads some files off the internet. Your firewall might be blocking the downloads. All the downloaded files end up in the same folder, which has everything (except the Java runtime) you need to run VASSAL, so you can run the installer on a home machine and copy the folder onto your other machine. rk [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
