All of these sound like they'd work as separae Property Sheet traits. The Spreadsheet trait is definitely not at the level of Excel. In general, it's not as advanced as the Property Sheet, which would be a good place for private notes since it can handle multi-line text. You can make some of the Property Sheets available only to the owning player by adding a Restricted Access trait after them. rk [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
