Another deck feature, would be to open a "hand" in another window, with
thumbnails of the cards. Also you should have the choice of viewing: the entire
deck, x cards from the top, x cards from the bottom. You should also be able to
show your deck to all players or specify which other player.
Hands could also have the second ability.

There isn't a way to do this. However, it would be a pretty easy feature to
at least have the "Choose a specific card" dialog sort the cards by name.
