[vassalengine] File upload problems?

I seem to be unable to complete upload of the Hunting Party module. 
It uploads for ages (way, way, way longer than it takes even to scp
(secure copy) it over the internet.  It's about 14MB.  Any thoughts,
other than just hosting it elsewhere?
