Random != Evenly Distributed Here's a little experiment. Take a guess at the longest string of consecutive heads or consecutive tails you'll see will be in a series of 300 coin tosses. Now go and try it out. I'll wager dollars to donuts that the actual string is twice as long as you guessed it would be. Just because a distribution is random doesn't mean that it won't have streaks. --Todd
