O.k. ich habe auch 2.2 gefunden, die auf die rEDIST.txt verweist in der
alle redistributable files stehen sollen:
2.2 Redistributable Code. Microsoft grants you a nonexclusive, royalty-free
right to reproduce and distribute the object code form of any portion of the
Product listed in REDIST.TXT (�Redistributable Code�).
da habe ich auch die besagte dotnetfx.exe drinnen.
