HI FRIENDS, I have developed my application using VB-ACCESS2000 . To Open secured database i have used MICROSOFT.OLEDB.4.0 during run time. in connection string of adodb.connection object. i have used following connection string of connection object stringc = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Jet OLEDB:Database Password=pwd; Data Source=" & dbpath & ";Persist Security Info=False";
I deployed it on WIN 2000 OS Using Innosetup 4.2.1. It works fine on 2000 OS. On win98 it is installed withiout any problem. when my programe runs it ( Win 98se ) gives me error "Activex Component can't create Object " . what are possible problem in my application . I have also deployed DCOM95, DCOM 98, MICROSOFT.JET4.0 Provider, Mdac 2.6 application . but doesn't works on 98 what are possible cause of this ? what may be solutions ??????? Yahoo!
