Take a look on Planet Source Code - there are currently 46 examples of marquees, I'm
sure some of them will display without flicker.

i have done something like a marquee that scrolls across the desktop
of your pc like news scroller in different tv channels.
but there is a problem that when image moves accroos the screen it
flickers/flashes how can i avoid that flicker.
I have got some help regarding double buffering but there is no
details availabel. How can i double buffer a panel control or what
event of the control i have to write.
