beside the solution which is Shell() or ShellExecute(), i have a suggestion :)).
review your graphics in ur project if u have any. exclude and Link them instead of
making separate EXEs and linking them. ;)
The biggest project i ever made had about 215 forms, about 40 modules n 45 class
modules also having resources (including graphics n sounds) and alot of graphics but u
will be amazed by listening that the size of that project was only 6.82MB. :P
