Instr Help Required

i got stuck with a problem while trying to use Instr Function in a
querry, what i want to get all the Records containg a particular
string in a sprcified field and then display them in MSHFlex Grid.
I m trying to use
Exp1: Instr(1,<field name>,"test")
for my database that is
Exp1: Instr(1,[name],"test")
here name is the field name.
but what i m getting is the first record
how can i get all the records containg the word test in the field staff
