I have only used www.epx.com, but I think they cater to pretty large companies.

As far as the SSL/IIS, you are correct. Once it's set up, you simple put the "s" in
the https://www.somedomain.com and you are secure and there is no need to change your
code.

with SSL, and I'd code as if nothing was happening?
