LMAO Rob, I thought that I had just such an agreement from a customer.
Then I was told, after delivery, that they had a staff member who had visual
difficulties if the screen resolution was raised above 640 X 480. Oh and
guess who was at fault because the screens were unusable.

Then I find that a good half of the staff used weird custom screen
resolutions like 700 X 600. I bought a pup on that one. Yes they agreed.
Trouble was they had NO idea what 800 X 600 actually meant. But when it was
originally discuss, everyone nodded their heads and pretended they had a
brain.

It was my fault for not ensuring that the cabbage in charge actually had
more of an understanding of what he was asking for than a sausage knows of a
BBQ. But be warned, anything like a minimum screen resolution needs to be
included in the contract!

Matt
