I am trying to connect to the Internet from my PC using winsock
control, mainly for sending mails. I failed to connect. The error
showing "Attempt to connect timed out".
I am sure, I have followed the correct procedures. I suspect, it is
because I use my ISP through a proxy.
Any guru out there, who can help me out to configure winsock for proxy
or give me any clue ?
